Who is TaQuonda Hill? TaQuonda is the oldest of three girls, born in New Haven, CT and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. She has over 15 years of experience across Professional & Financial Services Industries. TaQuonda has worked for major Fortune 500 Companies, as well as, top tier Big4 Consulting Firms. TaQuonda currently leads large scale IT Transformation Programs for Delta Air Lines across all IT portfolios and operations. TaQuonda has a passion for travel, serving her community, mentoring, leadership development, and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  TaQuonda is currently the president & CEO of Charm & Company, Co-founder of the Fortitude Collective, serves on the Board of Directors for the Change Management Institute, and is an executive Board Member of the Henry County Georgia Federation of Democratic Women. TaQuonda was also recently awarded the Unsung Heroine award by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. and also was recognized by South Atlanta Magazine for their Under 40 Spotlight. TaQuonda received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration from Norfolk State University. She also has a Master's in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.
